Hey guys, as your probably aware by now Neucopia is creating the biggest buzz on the internet right now, with its launch only days away, we are sure that the level of expectation Neucopia is generating, it will be worth the wait!
Today’s article we will be looking at the compensation plans of the companies listed above, although we have addressed the Neucopia Compensation plan in an earlier article, I wanted to compare them to both Empower Network and Network Marketing VT as they are all very different from each other. We have, am sure, heard of pass ups and downs but how does each company deliver the comp plans?
Lets take Empower Network first, they use something called a ‘reverse up’ comp plan. This basically means that the 1st sale you make goes to you, all good right? Well, the 2nd sale gets passed up to your sponsor… 3rd sale goes to you… 4th sale gets passed up… 5th to you… 6th passed up. Sounds good but seriously, do you want three of your first six sales to get passed up??! Going forward every fifth sale from then on gets passed up, so your 11th 16th and so on and so on.
Now, Network Marketing VT operate differently, they use an approach called ‘3 up’ comp plan. Now this is obviously different to Empower Network, arguably this can be said to be a more powerful comp plan. Its very simple, you come into the company, but your first three sales get passed up to your sponsor, then everything after goes to you, no more pass ups. Not a bad comp plan, but I know what your thinking, do I really want to give up 3 sales?
On the face of it these compensation plans work, and will make money, the problem you have with them though is this, because your giving up sales in each case, the problem can arise that sales that are passed up can be said to be washout sales, sales that don’t really do anything after, this in the long term is very damaging to longevity of the compansation plan as a whole. This is where Neucopia blasts these two plans out of the water.
Neucopia uses a new comp plan called a ‘2 up’ plan, similar to the Network Marketing VT plan right? Yes to a certain degree, you pass up your first two sales, anything after theses sales is 100 per cent yours, this alone will b better than the two other plans explained above, however, the two sales you pass up, you obviously are not getting paid for the sales, Neucopia have implemented a 10 per cent match on these sales, meaning that if your 1st qualifying sale is earning 20k a month of risidual income, you get a 2k back, plus if your second qualifying sale is doing 40k, you get 4k back as a matching bonus!!! How cool is that!!
